Return Policy

We hope all of our customers are happy with their orders form us. But, If you are unhappy with them, you want to return item to us, please read the following instructions.

How do I cancel an order?


1. How to cancel an order that hasn't been paid?
If your payment of an order has not been made yet, you may cancel it by clicking "Cancel order" in your account at Honeybuy.com. If your order has not been paid in 7 days, it will be cancelled automatically.

2. How to cancel an order that has been paid?
For Items like Wedding Dress/Prom Dress/Quincenera Dress...
If you want to cancel your order,please contact with us within 48 hours from the time you placed your order,otherwise,we will charge you US$45.00 for handle fee.
You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out,we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.

For Stock Items like jewelry,shoes,fashion apparel
Orders for stock items can be cancelled within 48 hours and get a full refund.Once your order has been sent out,it can not be cancelled any more.Please feel free to contact our sales person if you want to cancel your order to see if your order has been sent.

Return & Exchange

If you are returning or exchanging dresses,clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached,and advise us the reason within 3 days.

(1). Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, you will be required to offer photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.

(2). Sizing or Fitting Issues
Our custom made products like dresses and suits will be made in the measurement you sent to us.Please take the correct measure according to our measure guide,we assure you of 100% fit if you can offer us the correct measurement.

Item is not the size you ordered
If your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.If you do not mind,you can also send it back to us for alteration.

Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses that does not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

(3). Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Dresses100.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

The returning steps:

1) Email us within 3 days when you receive the dress, and meanwhile send us the dress photos which can show the problems of the dress, we will check it carefully, if it’s true, we will instruct you where to return your dress.
2)We need to register the wrong dress for records in order to improve our service, so the dress photos are indispensible in the procedure of returning.
3)The dress photos should be a strong proof to show the problems, so we need your photos to be clear.
4)The dress should be shipped back to the specified address which we would provide you after we confirm the returning. Otherwise, we won’t refund you if the dress lost in the shipping.
5)Please postmark back the dress within 15 days from the date you received it. Assure that you return the dress back to the correct address and email us the tracking number within 4 days. You should pay the return shipping fee.
